Warranty policy

 

This page offers general information on our warranty policy. However, please note that each product is subject to the written warranty from ACCO Brands that accompanies the product at time of purchase. If no warranty is stated at time of purchase, the product falls under a limited 30-day ACCO Brands general warranty from the original invoice date.

Under the general warranty, ACCO Brands ensures to the original purchaser that products are free from defects in both material and workmanship. For any covered defect, ACCO Brands, at its discretion, will repair or replace the product or its defective parts at no charge. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product of equal or greater value may be substituted or a credit may be applied to your account.

The general warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage through abuse or misuse, improper maintenance or products that have been modified or tampered with, or any cause not related to defective materials or workmanship.

ACCO Brands makes no express warranty of any kind and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited general warranty. For all U.S. purchases, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above.

To file a claim, please complete the "Warranty Claim Form" and upload your proof of purchase.

If you are instructed to ship a product back to us, ACCO Brands will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please be sure to package the product securely so that it will not be damaged during shipping.

ACCO Brands is not responsible for any damage or loss of the product during the return shipment.
